Land Rover has always been a company known for its Customer First philosophy to automaking, and it is expanding this philosophy to new markets by extending its partnership with automotive auto quality data provider Enprecis. Here at Fields Land Rover Winnetka, we saw Enprecis and Land Rover initially join forces four years ago, and this partnership by two cutting-edge companies has resulted in the collection of data regarding customer feedback for 11 vehicle lines in five countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, China, and Australia.
Working with Enprecis has allowed Land Rover to understand the customer's experience of owning a Land Rover and make its Customer First philosophy a global reality. The two companies have collected hundreds of thousands of responses to millions of survey questions regarding vehicle quality and customer satisfaction. This massive effort to collect data has resulted in Land Rover winning brand and vehicle awards in the J.D. Power and Associates Initial Quality Survey in 2012 and 2013.
The expansion of this historic partnership sees the two companies expand their CQI (Continuous Quality Input) platform to two new emerging markets, India and Brazil, as well as many established markets. Additionally, Land Rover will launch a Enprecis CQI Mobile, which is an app for tablets and mobile devices that allows drivers to give vehicle feedback quickly and conveniently. This new method of collecting customer feedback will allow Land Rover to accelerate the growth of its new quality improvement programs.
