This week, Land Rover launched an integrated ad campaign called "Driven to Another Level" for the new 2014 Range Rover Sport that includes TV spots, an interactive game called "Race the Sun", and iAds, as well as five-page spreads in magazines such as Esquire, Wired, and Car & Driver. It is clear to car aficionados and advertising industry experts alike that the 2014 Range Rover Sport is deserving of such an ambitious ad campaign, as early reviews of the vehicle have been overwhelmingly positive.

The "Driven to Another Level" campaign represents the automaker's biggest advertising push ever. The television spots feature very little copy or narration, instead allowing viewers to focus on the breathtaking beauty of the 2014 Range Rover Sport climbing scenic Pikes Peak. Unlike most car commercials, however, this ad is inspired by the real-life event of the Range Rover Sport setting the world record for a production standard SUV on the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb course earlier this summer.

The advertising campaign showcases the redesign of the exterior of the Range Rover Sport. The bulky sections and sharp angles from previous generations have been rounded out and correctly proportioned. Under the hood is a supercharged V-6 or a supercharged 5.0 liter V-8 engine, 332 pound per foot of torque, and 340 horsepower, which is more than enough to take the Range Rover Sport through any countryside.

With their curiosity and interest piqued by the "Driven to Another Level" ad campaign for the Range Rover, Highland Park-area drivers are sure to start heading to Fields Land Rover Winnetka to see what the hype is all about.
