In the latest news out of Land Rover headquarters across the pond, the British automaker has announced that the pricing information for the 2016 Range Rover models, as well as dropping another bombshell. For most of its lifetime, Land Rover has exclusively used gasoline engines in its United States models, but this is going to change next year with the advent of diesel engines on two Range Rover models. This announcement only underlines the brand's dedication to continuously moving forward and giving drivers what they want.

Each model will be available in two different trim levels, the base models and a higher HSE model. The diesel engine on these vehicles will be a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6, which will produce 254 lb-ft of torque and 440 lb-ft of torque available at just 1,750 RPM. Of course, Land Rover will also offer a gasoline model with a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine.
