The 2016 model of the Range Rover Sport represents the model's 10-year anniversary, and it gives us an opportunity to show drivers just how far its come in its decade of existence. The Range Rover Sport has always one of the automaker's most popular cars, and the 2016 version is destined for even more awards and strong sales. This new Land Rover SUV features an unbeatable combination of crisp, clear styling, a couple of powerful engine options, and a stately cabin.

Here at Land Rover Northfield, we now have the brand new 2016 Range Rover Sport on our lot, and the look of the car seamlessly blends the sporty flavor of the Range Rover Evoque with the elegance of the larger Range Rover. The SUV comes in a few different trim levels, with the HST being brand new for 2016. This special trim gets dark tinted front and rear lamps, roof, and fender vents, as well as a new spoiler, 21-inch wheels, and red HST badging.

Under the hood, buyers have a couple of different engine options. First up is the supercharged V6 base engine that cranks out 340 horsepower and is matched to a smooth paddle-shifted ZF eight-speed automatic transmission. The new HST also comes with a new engine, a supercharged six-cylinder that puts out 380 horsepower. Those looking for a change from the standard gasoline engine will want to check out the new turbodiesel V6 that is offered on the Sport. Cranking out 254 horsepower and 440-pound-per-foot of torque, this engine delivers zero to 60 times equal to the base V6 engine while giving drivers 25 miles per gallon combined.
