Any film buff will tell you that one of the most anticipated movies of the fall is “Spectre,” the latest movie in the James Bond spy franchise. If you've ever seen a Bond movie, you'll surely know that they are full of fast cars, complex international spy plots, and devious villains. Well, as an automaker that makes some of the fastest and most luxurious vehicles in the world, Land Rover has been a part of several Bond movies in the past, and it will now be a part of “Spectre.” In fact, Land Rover has just unveiled the stunt vehicles that were used in the film, and even better, they're available right here at Land Rover Northfield!

Over in Germany, at the Frankfurt auto show last week, Jaguar Land Rover held a special event with “Spectre” stars Naomie Harris (Moneypenny) and Dave Bautista (the villain Mr. Hinx). In the film, two Land Rover vehicles play a major part in a thrilling mountain chase scene. The 2016 Range Rover Sport SVR and the Land Rover Defender Bigfoot were both showcased in this exciting chase, which is an excellent display of both the on-road capabilities and off-road durability of Land Rover vehicles.

The new 2016 Range Rover Sport SVR is a vehicle that is home to a massive 5.0-liter V8 supercharged gasoline engine that allows the car to accelerate from zero to 60 in just 4.5 seconds. The brand new Defender Bigfoot model features 37-inch diameter off-road tires for maximum traction when tackling tough terrain.

Look for “Spectre” in theaters on October 18. Meanwhile, head into Land Rover Northfield to check out our huge new and pre-owned Land Rover inventory!
